  • The new Lumi8 is a powerful medical grade intense LED facial system. Lumi * utilises proprietary photo energy"cell-codes' by verifying and controlling the LED intensity, wavelength, time pulsation and power wave cycle to diminish the signs of aging.

    Intense LED and PDT
    The features of the Lumi8 photo-energy technology allows practitioners to take full advantage of pure, non-thermal luminous energy. While Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) and laser treatments provide instant large doses of light, they also deliver significant thermal energy, which can cause damage to the skin cells.

    Lumi8 intense LEDs create the advantage of delivering safe and pure light energy to the skin cells in a holistic methodology without any thermal energy or effect over longer treatment time periods. Lumi8 programs also allow the practitioner to combine the selected photosensitizing agents (PDT-Photo Dynamic Therapy) with Lumi8 Photo-Energy to enhance specific treatment results.

    • Power Wave Cycle
      The Lumi8 technology includes a proprietary power wave cycle to deliver excellent results by providing pure light energy with pulsation cycle variations to obtain maximum cell stimulus. Other LED light systems without the proprietary Lumi8 power wave cycle can lose treatment effectiveness over repeated light exposure, so skin cells eventually adapt and resist stimulation. Lumi8 overcomes this bio-resistance by providing programmed, random variations in the pulsation cycles and energy intensity at controlled times during each treatment.
